Earn
your master's degree while teaching overseas with ESI
Are
you interested in earning an advanced degree while serving in
another country?
ESI is pleased to announce a new partnership with Azusa Pacific
University (APU) that will enable ESI teachers to earn an M.A.
TESOL during two years of overseas service.
Half Tuition:
Not only is this program tailored to the timetable and special
needs of ESI teachers, but APU has cut tuition costs in half
for those completing this program. With tuition, books, and
fees, the entire two-year degree comes out to less than $8500,
excluding airfare and food, a good price for a quality education.
The chart below summarizes the total costs of teaching with
ESI and enrolling in this program:

“The TESOL training at
APU is challenging. It has challenged me academically, professionally
and spiritually. Academically,
because I'm now doing research on aspects of teaching English
that ... had never occurred to me. Professionally,
because it's equipping me to teach ‘smarter’ and
better. And spiritually, because
by studying in APU's Christian environment, I'm being challenged
to seriously and deeply think through my whole calling as a
Christian English teacher. I love the program and highly recommend
it.”
